Signs It’s time to Ask The Creative

Your team keeps revisiting the same ideas without progress.

Your strategy feels too safe, predictable, or uninspired.

You’re facing a big decision, but no option feels right.

You know there’s a better way forward—you just haven’t seen it yet.

Once upon a time… creativity led businesses.

Years ago, businesses were driven by creatives, designers, and visionaries—leaders who built companies by challenging assumptions and crafting new possibilities.

Over time, short-term profitability became the primary focus, and with that shift, creativity, adaptability, and long-term thinking gradually lost priority. Yet strong financials are only part of the story it takes creativity to unlock what’s next.

Creativity remains the driving force behind real innovation, sustainable growth, and meaningful impact.

My Journey so far

I’m Jo Goossens, and my path has been anything but conventional. My background spans science, mathematics, architecture, textiles, and marketing fields that might seem disconnected but have shaped the way I think, solve problems, and challenge assumptions.

Mathematics

Taught me structure, logic, and how to recognize hidden patterns.

Architecture

Showed me how to design solutions from the ground up.

Textiles

Revealed how small details weave together into something bigger.

Marketing

Helped me understand human behavior and decision-making.

Why I created
Ask The Creative

For years, I worked with executive teams and board members, witnessing how leadership increasingly prioritized short-term profits and risk avoidance. While financial stability is crucial, it often comes at the expense of true innovation, adaptability, and long-term vision.

That’s why I created Ask The Creative—to help leaders step out of conventional thinking, unlock fresh perspectives, and craft strategies that combine financial clarity with creative boldness.
